MARKS & SPENCER FOOD: I was Head of Food Trends for Marks & Spencer from 2019 - 2020, working within the NPD team to drive the strategic direction of the M&S own-label product portfolio - across all categories from meat, fish and diary, through to ready-meals, sandwiches and desserts. In this time I spearheaded initiatives including the M&S health strategy, family and semi-scratch cooking initiatives, COVID-19 food development planning, calendar events including Christmas, and the future vision for areas such as plant based eating, non-alcoholic drinks and World foods.
